Before you start
Move each package to its labeled room and window. Do not judge fit against a different opening.
Lay every supplied component on a clean towel without assuming that a similar-looking part belongs to this system.
Photograph shipping damage or missing parts before removing films, cutting packaging labels, or attempting installation.
Wood, drywall, masonry, tile, metal, and hollow frames require different fasteners. Supplied screws may not suit every wall.
Keep fabric rolled and supported. Never place tools on it or allow a drill bit to touch the cassette, fabric, cords, or motor lead.
Use a stable ladder and a second person for wide, heavy, high, angled, or overhead products. Hire a qualified installer when access is unsafe.

Roller shade installation videos
These are official ANJIAR videos with English subtitles. V2 and V3 cassettes share the same mounting method in the motorized installation video, but chain-operated and motorized operating systems must still be identified separately.
Shows the complete V3 chain-operated cassette installation. Match the bracket and chain side to the supplied order before starting.
The V2 and V3 cassette mounting method is the same. This video covers physical installation; use only the programming instructions for the exact motor supplied.
Cellular shade installation videos
L38 no-drill cordless, 20 mm curved-bevel recessed, and T25 framed blackout shades use different frames and installation methods. Confirm the product name on the order first.
Shows the supplied no-drill hardware, positioning, tightening, and operation check for the L38 cordless cellular system.
Use this focused video when the 20 mm manual cellular frame arrives as separate labeled rails and components.
Complete assembly-to-installation guide for the 20 mm curved-bevel recessed manual cellular system.
T25 has a separate guide with no-drill, drilled, and minor top-rail adjustment videos. Its required no-drill usable recess depth is more than 1 in (more than 2.54 cm).
Motor and remote setup videos
Use only the collection that matches the product label, motor, and remote or wall control supplied with your order. Delete and reset actions can erase settings and are marked separately.

Changes between momentary inching and continuous operating behavior.
Returns the confirmed AOK 25 wall-control system to the factory state shown in the video.
Power and smart-home videos
Choose the exact accessory and method supplied with the order. The solar-panel videos cover physical mounting; the Matter video applies only to the AOK 25 rechargeable Matter motor.
Vertical video showing the adhesive no-drill solar-panel installation. Position the active face toward available sunlight as shown.
Shows the supplied bracket-and-screw method. Confirm the mounting substrate and suitable fasteners before drilling.

Zebra shades
The references below help identify the mount type and cassette family. They do not replace the bracket sheet for the hardware supplied with the order.

Before drilling, compare the finished shade with the intended recess and confirm depth, size, handles, screens, sashes, and other moving parts match the approved measurement.

Before drilling, compare the finished shade with the planned coverage and confirm the mounting face is flat and the full drop is clear. Exact bracket positions remain model-specific.
Cassette identification
The cassette sizes are different even though V3, S1, S3 and Z3 use the same bracket structure and dimensions. For an inside mount, the smallest usable window-recess depth must meet or exceed the value shown for the selected cassette.
V3 · S1 · S3 · Z3 shared mounting bracket
The top holes are for inside-mount fastening; the keyhole and lower slot on the vertical face are for outside-mount fastening. Keep the bracket in the orientation shown.
Verify the order label, window ID, finished size, mount type, control or motor side, cassette finish, fabric, and all supplied hardware. Hold the cassette at the approved position without drilling and check the complete operating path.
Photograph the complete label, hardware set, window and planned mounting face.End clearance, bracket count and spacing, fastener or anchor type, pilot-hole size, cassette engagement direction, removal sequence and final safety checks remain model- and substrate-specific.
Contact ANJIAR before drilling when the supplied sheet is missing or the hardware does not match.T25 framed blackout shade
The dedicated T25 guide now includes separate full-HD videos for no-drill installation, drilled installation, and correction of slight top-rail deformation after delivery. Do not combine the two installation methods or use zebra-shade hardware instructions.
Use only for the recessed four-sided no-drill T25 system shown on the order and product label.
Use only when the order and supplied hardware specify drilling. Confirm the mounting substrate and suitable fasteners first.
For a slight, smooth shipping-pressure deformation only. Stop for cracks, sharp creases, paint damage, loose parts, or rough movement.
The videos include English subtitles and are hosted in full HD. Match the method to the order label before handling seals, fasteners, or the frame.
Motorized products
Brand, model, voltage, charger, transmitter, limit process, reset sequence and smart-home compatibility can differ. A matching plug or similar-looking remote is not enough.
Skylight, tracks & custom systems
For overhead, sloped, curved, L-shaped, extra-wide, or multi-track installations, ANJIAR should confirm the component layout and installation sequence before work starts.

When installation cannot continue
Without the exact product manual, repeated operation or improvised correction can turn a setup question into fabric, motor, frame, or hardware damage.
Do not force or modify it. Photograph the product label, the complete hardware set, and close side views of both parts. Keep them separated until ANJIAR confirms the system.
Stop before bending, drilling, trimming, hammering, or adding adhesive. Send a full-window photo plus clear front, side, and connection-point photos.
Stop operation and do not pull the fabric sideways or alter the roller, cords, rails, or seals. Record one short video and photos of the complete product and both edges.
Do not repeat reset, direction, pairing, or limit commands. Send the motor, remote, charger/power-supply, and product labels so the correct manual can be identified.
Do not cut rails or seals and do not add caulk or unrelated adhesive. Photograph all four corners, the complete opening, every supplied part, and the exact concern.
Stop the installation and photograph the shipping carton, product label, complete contents, and damaged/missing location. Keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.

Installation support
Send the order number, window ID, product label, full-window photo, close-up of the issue, hardware photo, and a short video of one attempted operation. This gives the technical team enough context to recommend the next safe step.
