Inventory against the packing list
Lay every supplied component on a clean towel without assuming that a similar-looking part belongs to this system.
Inspect before modification
Photograph shipping damage or missing parts before removing films, cutting packaging labels, or attempting installation.
Confirm the substrate
Wood, drywall, masonry, tile, metal, and hollow frames require different fasteners. Supplied screws may not suit every wall.
Protect the shade
Keep fabric rolled and supported. Never place tools on it or allow a drill bit to touch the cassette, fabric, cords, or motor lead.
Work safely
Use a stable ladder and a second person for wide, heavy, high, angled, or overhead products. Hire a qualified installer when access is unsafe.

Before drilling, compare the finished shade with the intended recess and confirm depth, size, handles, screens, sashes, and other moving parts match the approved measurement.
Outside mount reference
Confirm the order is marked outside mount.
Before drilling, compare the finished shade with the planned coverage and confirm the mounting face is flat and the full drop is clear. Exact bracket positions remain model-specific.
Cassette identification
Match the profile on the order before installing the shared bracket.
The cassette sizes are different even though V3, S1, S3 and Z3 use the same bracket structure and dimensions. For an inside mount, the smallest usable window-recess depth must meet or exceed the value shown for the selected cassette.

Use only for the recessed four-sided no-drill T25 system shown on the order and product label.
Drilled installation
Use only when the order and supplied hardware specify drilling. Confirm the mounting substrate and suitable fasteners first.
Minor top-rail adjustment
For a slight, smooth shipping-pressure deformation only. Stop for cracks, sharp creases, paint damage, loose parts, or rough movement.

Motorized products
Identify the exact motor before pressing any setup button.
Brand, model, voltage, charger, transmitter, limit process, reset sequence and smart-home compatibility can differ. A matching plug or similar-looking remote is not enough.

When installation cannot continue
Stop, observe, and photograph before changing anything.
Without the exact product manual, repeated operation or improvised correction can turn a setup question into fabric, motor, frame, or hardware damage.
A bracket, cassette, rail, connector, or seal does not match.
Do not force or modify it. Photograph the product label, the complete hardware set, and close side views of both parts. Keep them separated until ANJIAR confirms the system.
The cassette or frame will not attach as expected.
Stop before bending, drilling, trimming, hammering, or adding adhesive. Send a full-window photo plus clear front, side, and connection-point photos.
The fabric, bottom rail, or frame is not aligned.
Stop operation and do not pull the fabric sideways or alter the roller, cords, rails, or seals. Record one short video and photos of the complete product and both edges.
The motor moves incorrectly, stops early, or will not respond.
Do not repeat reset, direction, pairing, or limit commands. Send the motor, remote, charger/power-supply, and product labels so the correct manual can be identified.
The T25 frame has a corner, seal, fit, or light-leak concern.
Do not cut rails or seals and do not add caulk or unrelated adhesive. Photograph all four corners, the complete opening, every supplied part, and the exact concern.
A part is missing or damaged.
Stop the installation and photograph the shipping carton, product label, complete contents, and damaged/missing location. Keep all packaging until the case is reviewed.

Use this only after following the confirmed product manual.
