All products sold on this website are custom-made blinds and curtains manufactured according to customer specifications. By placing an order, you agree that all measurements, colors, and configurations provided are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. As products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in case of incorrect information or misuse of the website.
